The following blessing is usually recited during the Havdalah ceremony to mark one of the distinctions between the sacred and the profane:
Translation:
Blessed art Thou, LORD our God, King of the universe, Creator of different types of spices.
Transliterated:
Barukh attah Adonai eloheinu melekh ha-olam,borei minei ve-samim.
